Transparency

These numbers are computed only from re-scans that actually observed a broker's listing — never from a request being sent. A removal is counted only when a re-scan found the record gone; a re-listing un-counts it. Rates are shown only once we have enough observations; below that we say "insufficient data" rather than guess. "Request sent" is never counted as removed.

Analytics: what we count, and how

We count funnel steps (like "page visited", "identifier verified", "request authorized") in our own database, on our own servers, to understand how the product is used during early testing. We do not store your IP address in analytics, we do not use cookies for analytics, and we do not send any usage data to third parties — no session recorders, no trackers. These counts are aggregate and contain nothing that could identify you. We hold ourselves to the same standard we demand of the brokers we file against.
